Andrew Harris combines hands-on trade expertise with leadership in design, construction, and commercial strategy. Beginning his career in the UK with professional training in arboriculture, he worked as a contract climber before moving into surveying and project management roles. His career accelerated when he transitioned into architectural product sales, collaborating closely with some of the UK’s most respected architects, designers, and consultants on complex commercial and institutional projects. Over more than a decade, Andrew developed a reputation for bridging technical detail with design intent—ensuring that specifications aligned with both performance and aesthetic requirements. In 2014, Andrew was tasked with establishing the Canadian arm of a UK manufacturer, effectively building the business from the ground up. Over ten years in Canada and the U.S., he launched multiple ventures, advised on high-profile projects, and became deeply involved in architectural consulting and construction estimating. At Infinity Group, Andrew has conducted thousands of site surveys across North America, delivering precise as-built documentation and strategic estimates for renovation and fit-out projects. Today, Andrew’s expertise spans architecture, mechanical and electrical systems, landscaping, and construction project management. He also brings two decades of experience in sales and marketing strategy, working with private equity investors, developers, and contractors. This combination of technical breadth and commercial acumen makes him a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
